1. Shipping Availability

  • We offer Pan-India shipping across all cities and states.

  • International shipping may be available on request (if applicable).

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During festive seasons, sales, or high-order volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your location and courier availability.

  • Delivery timeframes are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather issues, or operational disruptions.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with your tracking ID.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link until it is delivered.

5. Incorrect Address Issues

  • Vloura is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

  • International shipments (if available) may incur customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

  • These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Vloura has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the cost.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • For damaged items, an unboxing video is required as proof.
