Refund & Cancellation Policy – Vloura

At Vloura, we take great care in delivering premium lingerie and nightwear that meet the highest standards. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy (Important for Lingerie Products)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Vloura does NOT offer returns or refunds on lingerie, nightwear, or intimate products, except in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective

In these cases:

  • You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

  • Once approved, you will receive a refund or replacement based on availability.

3. Return Eligibility (Only for Defective / Wrong Product Cases)

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Products without proof or damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of refund approval.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • If the same item is in stock, we will send a replacement.

  • If out of stock, you may choose a refund instead.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, Vloura will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return request is not valid (e.g., hygiene issues, customer mistake), shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  • Shipping charges collected at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
